　Activision旗下的新作《蜘蛛侠：暗影之网》将会由Shaba Games与Treyarch开发游戏，并将发布在Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, PSP, Nintendo DS, Wii与PC平台上。虽然对于这款动作冒险游戏我们无需多言，不过Activision曾将扬言或在《暗影之网》中呈现出一个自由、开放的纽约，你可以用超能力在这座城市间自由的徜徉。在地面上不仅有传统的动作游戏的打斗效果，还加入了一些全新的要素—用蜘蛛丝把敌人丢到空中，再对敌人击以重拳。
　　这里，不但有阻止蜘蛛侠飞行的东西，依照Activision的说法，他可以与那些超级英雄的朋友并肩作战并且衍生出许多新的游戏组合。Marvel漫画中的英雄们和恶人们将会在游戏中悉数登场，玩家们可以选择做好人还是做坏人。
　　Activision对于蜘蛛侠在游戏中面对的新敌人三缄其口，但是我们可以知道这将是一个真是的世界，你可以对纽约造成真实的物理破坏效果。在这唯一的截图和预告视频中我们可以看到，游戏中将出现一系列的敌人，这些敌人可以摧毁建筑物、创造黑色的藤蔓植物。但是它们有些什么本事我们便不得而知了。
