Chulbul Pandey is transferred and promoted to Lucknow. He is happily married with Rajjoand has a child. Lucknow witness a lot of criminal activities daily and kidnapping, rape and murders are done in broad daylight.The main antagonist/villain is a politician and a strong contender for the upcoming elections and Chulbul Pandey sabotages his political image by revealing his immoral activities to the public, media and police force and he is imprisioned. This angers the villains 2 brothers who kidnaps Chulbulson and torture him. Meanwhile, the main antagonist comes out from prison.
