◎简　　介　

　　悬疑动作剧，Val Kilmer ("The Doors") 和 Stephen Dorff ("World Trade Center")主演。故事一开始，正在"老兵纪念日"上发表讲话的美国历史上首位女总统（希拉里？）遇刺身亡。三个月后，一个浑身是伤、衣衫褴褛的男人戴着降落伞从天而降，坠落在树林里。当他醒来时，却不记得自己的姓名及身分，除了片段闪过的记忆，只有脖子上的神秘刺青"XIII"，还有NSA国家安全局及神秘组织的连串追杀。XIII在逃亡过程中发现自己身手敏捷，反应快如闪电，时时刻刻显露出杀手的本能，更令人震惊的是一切事实指出XIII就是在国庆日当天刺杀总统身亡，造成全美恐慌的杀手。

　　据称，该剧和同名电脑游戏有千丝万缕的联系。
